Discovering contemporary exhibitions and art history I noticed the interest of contemporary artists to confront the spectators with their convictions. The works of the creators question the extreme of the possibilities in art. The artists realise installations and bring together diverse mediums. What does going to the extreme possibilities in art mean? In photography, the artists end in abstract creations. What is the reason?

In the term of the medium itself, photography is an imprint of reality and the trace of a moment. Yet by the choice of the frame when shooting a notion of abstraction is revealed. In this sense, any photographer uses, to different degrees, the act of abstracting. The artists who form images of total abstraction question the limits of photography. The Abstraction is a consequence of the questioning of artists about the very nature of photography. Therefore the artist instills an idea and generates, through the image, a form of thought.

When the artist creates an image. He wishes to communicate an idea. The image is the sketch and the babbling of the thinking of the creator.
Painting and photography are deeply linked. In the twentieth century, four pioneers lead to their own formulation, independently. Here is the particularity of abstraction, its definition remains vague. The purpose of abstract art was to push back the limits. Artists moved away from the imitation of reality. They questioned the definition of art, bringing a new formulation of the world.

The viewer wanders through an experimental approach that presents him with different stages of research. The photographs navigate between figuration and pure abstraction. The visual wandering takes him through a universe peculiar to the artist, as can do a virtual game or a fantasy film.
